Kindrift was founded in 2023, as a result of an unexpected career transition and slowdown between founders Kat and Arville. Driven to create community within the creative industries, they began develop the building blocks of the company through thoughful, intentional, and vulnerable conversations. Utilizing their collective experience, Kat and Arville strive to act as collaborators alongside other business leaders to create meaningful and authentic community.

Kat
Kat is a California native, creative, and operations specialist. Throughout her career, Kat has managed and directed in multiple creative industries: Interior Design, Design + Build, Custom Furniture, and Fine Art. By combining her professional experience with her degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley, Kat is an expert in empathetic leadership and is passionate about creating space for non-traditional business practices. Currently, Kat is the Owner and Creative Director of kat&co - a creative operations consulting agency specializing in full-service support for small businesses.
Arville
Born in Oakland, CA, and raised all over the Bay Area, Arville is a tattoo artist and creative entrepreneur. Searching for a life that would light her up, Arville explored careers in Real Estate, Design + Build, and the Nonprofit sector. Through personal assistant and operation management positions, she realized her true path was through entrepreneurship. Five years into tattooing, Arville launched her own private tattoo studio and established All Persons Art Inc. As the Owner and Practitioner, Arville strives to create a space that inspires her community to dream, step into their most authentic selves and leave with a tattoo they love.
